Perennial Capital is a private investment firm for principals who want their capital treated as a living thing — tended, pruned, and allowed to compound across decades.
Why this name
Not a metaphor we borrowed. A standard we keep.
A perennial is not immortal. It is designed to return — to survive winter, to put down deeper roots, to flower again. That is a better model for capital than the annual crop of fund vintages, product launches, and quarterly scorekeeping.
Stewardship is the standard, not a slogan. We act with the duty of a fiduciary: concentrated, confidential, and accountable to the people whose capital we are asked to keep. The firm is Perennial Capital, Inc..
The firm is independent. We are not a product shelf, a distribution arm, or a consulting overlay. Research is our own. Decisions sit with a small partnership, in California.
